Hi, For some reason the disk will not play. You push the eject button over and over again, but the disk slot will not open. Here's one solution... * 1 Turn off the DVD player. Wait a few minutes, turn the DVD player back on, and then press the "eject" button. If this does not work, turn it off and unplug the DVD player...while you keep pushing EJECT button plug the DVD and turn it on (your hand still on the eject..) is should come out.. * 2 ..if it does not eject , unplug the DVD player again, Remove the screws off DVD on the sides and take off the DVD casing. * 3 Look for the DVD holder inside the DVD player. This device holds the DVD in place while the DVD player reads the disk. * 4 Push the stuck DVD disk toward the front of the DVD player until the DVD ejects. Remember the DVD player is not on and some force ( gentle ! ) must be applied. * 5 While it is open,plug it on and place a DVD disc just to see if mechanism works properly.. * 6 Replace the casing and the screws. Plug the player in and turn it on. Put another DVD in to test whether the player is finally working .. Hope this helps!.. Try taking out the cartridges, and turning off then unplugging the printer. Leave it unplugged for about five minutes, the plug it in. Wait a few more minutes, and turn it on. Wait for it to completely start up, then put the cartridges back in (make sure you are putting them in correctly, I think this is your product here). If it still shows the error, contact HP customer service.
They will probably say something similar, though.
Firstly, unplug the base unit, then remove from this base unit the ethernet cable and most importantly, unplug the telephone line! Then remove the batteries from the 2nd handset. Keep everything unplugged for a few minutes, then plug the power into the base unit, wait 1 minute, then plug in the Ethernet cable and wait 5 more minutes. Do NOT plug in the telephone line just yet. After the 5 minute wait, put the batteries back into the 2nd handset and then follow the registration instructions from the manual (copied below)...
Make sure you have configured the language, country code, and area code of your phone before registering additional handsets.
1. Press "Reg.". Register shall be highlighted. 2. Enter the system PIN (Default: 0000). Use "Clear" to correct typing errors. 3. Press "Enter" to confirm. • Your handset starts searching for the base. 4. Press the top button on the base unit until the two indications turn off.
• If registration is unsuccessful, the signal icon displays steadily.
TIP: IF REGISTRATION FAILED, REPEAT THE ABOVE PROCEDURE.
Like other methods, you must hold down the button on the base unit until the lights STOP blinking. When you have successfully registered your 2nd handset, then plug in the telephone line into the base station. I did the above and it worked! The trick is to be patient and wait the few minutes while everything resets itself.

I fixed my son's 605 4 GB had Recovery code (104) on it. This might work for other error codes too. These are the steps i followed * Use thecomputerfor this process that you always used for this archos Archos should be plugged in toPc before starting the process. * Download the firware Upgrade 2.1 * Plug the Archos toPc * When the white option screen comes up pick the format disk * Wait until all done do not pick any option on archos after format is done Pc should recognize your archos in 5 seconds * Put the firmware in root section of the archos not in any folder. * Safely remove the usb for Archos from your pc first and then unplug thecable. * Do not pick any option on the Archos screen * Just turn it off from the power button by holding it until it turns off * Wait about 5 minutes and plug it back to pc * it will come up with white screen again but this time it will start Update you will see the progress bar moving, wait until it is all done, it will shut off. Turn it back on and your archos will be back to normal
Press and hold “Stop”, “Maintenance”, and
“Power” buttons for about 10 seconds. A message will come on the screen
saying counter is reset and to turn the printer off. The R200 and
others don’t have a screen so just wait until the 10 seconds is up.
Turn the printer off, unplug the power
cord. Wait about 1 minute and power the printer back up. The counter
will be reset. That’s all there is to the reset procedure.
