Hello,
Try to charge the phone and power it on, take note, if the chargers metallic point makes contact with the metallic part of the charging port, then the phone will not come on unless you remove the battery and insert it back in. Ensure the battery's metallic point is making proper contact with the phones battery terminals.
First of all you need to run a quick check on the phone before we can conclude that the phone is bad and need to be repaired. Remove the battery and insert it back in then try to turn it on. If it does come on, then that solves the problem, if it does not, then you need to carry out some further test to find out what the problem is.
First check if the battery is properly charged. To do that, insert the battery into another phone and turn it on to see if the battery will power up the phone. If it does not power up the phone, then you know that the battery is either weak or bad, then you charge it using a universal charger or a normal charger to see if it will hold a charge, if it does power up the phone, then it means the problem is not from the battery but another component in the phone.
Try out a well charged battery inside the phone and turn it on, if it comes on then the phone is intact and the solution is for you to replace your battery. If it does not come on, then there seem to be a problem with the phone.
If these are not the cause of the problem, then you will have to take it back to the dealer that supplied it to you since you might still be under the warranty period, for them to either repair the phone or replace the phone for you. Be sure to have your warranty card with you, if not the dealer will not be able to offer any form of assistance to you.
The phone might have fallen or hit a hard object and that might lead to damages inside the unit of the phone.
Hope this helps!
