Hello, Frame is Kodak EasyShare P725 When I put 2 GB SD card, nothing happens. If I put 512 MB card, frame sees it, but not 2 GB. Maybe it's because I formated the card to NTFS system?

What size memory card does the kodak easyshare cx6200 take?

The internal memory for this camera is 8 MB.

The manual indicates using memory cards of size 8 to 128 MB, so this is an early SD memory camera, following the original SD standard. Do not try SDHC or SDXC cards. The camera will support a 1 GB card. It *might* support a 2 or 4 GB card, but since this is a 2 Mpixel camera, a 512 MB or 1 GB card will allow you to save thousands of jpeg format pictures.

We took our 512 mb SD Card out of our camera to download some of the pictures to a digital picture frame. When we return the SD Card to the camera amessage appears "memory card requires formatting. I know...

You can either use a separate card reader to download to your computer, or , take the card to a Walmart store and insert the card into a Kodak Picture Kiosk machine and print the pics or make a cd of them. Then, format the card in the camera.

I need manual for easy share sv811

Here is the manual:
http://www.kodak.com/global/en/service/publications/urg00722toc.jhtml?pq-path=10864

From what I can tell, the frame is compatible with SD which will work with a 1gb SD card.

Kodak EasyShare SV811 won't read SD / HD card

Compatible Card-Slots : SD/MMC; xD; CF;Memory Stick; Microdrive; USB

You might have too much data on the SD card. Try with less pics onto the card.

i can get mine to work with a 512 mb sd card but not with a 4 gb. I am thinking maybe it cant read sdhc but only regular sd. i wish i had a 2 gb to test this. The manual says max images 512. wonder if that is 512 mb or 512 count. When i put in 4 gb card it says wait and stays like that , 512 card it imeditally shows pics
