Microwave owen SHARP Model R9H20 Digital START button is not working. Need Workshop address in Dammam or Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia including phone numbers to fix the problem.

    Check the motor of the plate first, after disconnect its wiring clip supply the power directly if it works than it means the fault is somewhere in its supply wiring check that out if you find clear than go to the board if you are not professional do not attempt any try take your unit to authorized personal to fix the fault.

If this is a Sharp R1500-series microwave (you didn't mention the model number but posted under that) then the most likely problems are:

- broken Start button see here
- bad door switch see here
- bad keypad or other problem see here

If you were to log on to the manufacturer's web site, I think you will be pleasantly surprised as usually one is able to download, by model number, Customer Instruction Manuals, and a list of Dealers as required.

Just Google the manufacturer's name and follow the links. Make certain you are directed to the manufacturer's web site as some search engines direct you to other sites and they charge for the information that is normally free of charge.

The microwave oven start button does not work. If
You probably have a bad door switch or door switch mount and should see these files:

If it's not the switch or mount, you may need to adjust the door alignment.

HV CAPACITOR FOR SHARP MICROWAVE
Sharp may not sell you this spare part as it is a high voltage saftey part. You would have to take the oven to a Sharp dealer to have it fitted. However, CPC Farnell in the UK may supply, but be careful.

Unlocking child lock on the sharp microwave model R316FSC
The Sharp Microwave/Convection oven I have says to touch the Custom Help button, the number "1", then touch the Start Button. To turn off the child lock, press the Stop button.
Or just unplug it, wait 1 minute, and plug in.
