I have a Piranha mega steamer Model ms 312, about 6 years old. I have lost the instructions and haven't used it for a while. Can someone please let me know if there are instructions someone online i can access or let me know the main instructions. Thanks

I have a Pirahna 336 Floor steamerModel No.3001. after i fill the unit with water and turn it on , it dumps the water in 1 lot on the floor instead of turning it into steam. I took it apart and found on the base of the water cannister there are 2 orange rubber spacers approx 30mm wide x 10 mm thick either side of another Rubber washer 30mm wide x 9mm thick which covers the hole where i would expect the steam to come from. This Ribber washer has lost just about all of it's orange rubber covering as it has perrished. Can you advise me where i can procure a new washer and if by renewing this washer will it fix my problem?

You didn't specify which model you had, but I assume it's the newer Eureka Enviro Steamer Model 313A.

The Eureka 310 Envirosteamer is no longer made. Eureka discontinued this particular model several years ago. It was a very highly rated steam mop at the time, so Eureka came out with a new model that had a very upgrades which was the Eureka 312, which is also now discontinued. These two old models are discontinued because Eureka has introduced the 313A which is the best model they've made to date. This is the most current, and only upright steam mop that Eureka makes currently, so if you are going to buy a Eureka, the 313A is the one that you want to buy. It's a great steamer I think.
