Hi Tom. Get a set of allen wrenches, insert one after another into the hole until one catches on that allen screw. You could also get a small mirror and a flashlight and look into the hole. I can assure you that there is an allen screw in there. It is just a matter of finding the correct allen wrench and getting it seated into the allen screw.

It was not a solution per se but an encouragement to keep looking for the allen screw. It is so hard to see with water on it that you sometimes think it mysteriously is not there.
Like somebody is playing trick on you.
