First thing to try is a convergence but with the red shadowing seems to me that you may have your color gun going. Convergence can be found in your video menu on your setup screen. Once in the menu you can adjust the colors to line up. This usually has to be done on a tv that has been moved.
Something is not right here--The green is adjustable in the TECH menu--did this person adjust or try to adjust in the customer or the TECH menu?
If you confirm actual model number I can tell you how to get into the TECH menu--yes--green will not adjust in customer menu--it determines geometry and is only adjusted in the TECH menu.
Also, this set requires any convergence adjustments to be done in 480 and then in 1080--if only adjusted in one mode the other will still be bad.
Let me know if you know how to adjust in TECH menu or not--with exact model number I can tell you how to get there.

Good Day, beekae;
No, there no other adjustments that can be made, the TV has had a Convergence Circuit Failure. The "CCF" is caused by that circuit, please call an Authorized Service Center and get an estimate. The avg cost is about $550.00. Good Luck, big IRISH. PS or come back and I'll tell how to fix, if you are handy and own a good soldering station.
PVAT!Check for evidence of coolant leak on pcb's,
If none found,replace convergence IC's,then
align convergence in servicer mode.Check service
