Once the drivers are installed, you can then plug in the Clip MP3 and windows should correctly identify your new hardward and finish installing the drivers for it.

Insert the MP3 Player into the USB port and the computer is surposed to automaticaly identify the Player after few seconds. To connect your MP3 player to your computer you need the right cable and the right drivers for the computer. Drivers are the translator program that lets your computer talk to the MP3 player. If they cant understand each other, no files will flow. Make sure you have the drivers for the MP3 player installed on your system and you have the right operating system installed in your computer.
