Themes do work but you cannot see it cause of the TouchFlo provided by HTC. If you really do not like or use the touch slider on the main view, then go to Settings > Personal > Today > Uncheck TouchFlow
Now you can see the theme, but now you will miss the regular buttons ;o)
Chose which view you would prefer.
These themes actually for other Windows Mobile which do not have TouchFlow like helpful interface.

after you download it connect your phone to pc then it will do the setup thins install drivers and all that good stuff then you can sync your phone with your pc and go into my computer and now your phone will be there and it will act like a normal computer you can open folders/ copy past files and all that good stuff... good luck.
