The power shut off because it has been a power surge - the voltage on the line grew very high for a fraction of a second. When that happened the protection system at the power station that powers your house disconected the mains, shutting everything down. Unfortunately it hasn't acted fast enough and the power source of the tv has been fried by the surge.
To fix that you will have to dismantle the tv and replace the power source with an original one. If you don't know ho to do it then the only thing left for you to do is to take the tv to a certified repair shop. It will be expensive, so be prepared .
