When a Blu-ray disc is inserted. - Cause unknown".<br /><span><br />8001050D - An error occurred during the start operation; PS3 game swapped using the eject function and then play pressed quickly. - Insert PS3 game again.<br /></span><br />80010510 - Will not play games installed on the hard drive. - Cause unknown.<br /><br /><span>80010516 - An error occurred during the start operation: PS1 game swapped using the eject function and then play pressed quickly. - Insert PS1 game again.</span><br /><br />80028EA5 - Unknown. User cannot connect to Playstation Network ("PSN"). Contact Sony for resolution.<br /><br /><span>80028EA6 - Connection Error: Turn off PS3, unplug router and modem. Turn on modem and allow it completely boot-up and synchronize. After the modem shows that it is "online", then plug in the router and allow it to completely boot. (Using media server)</span><br /><br />8003051E - Game will not Save.<br /><span><br />80030920 - An error occurred during the copy operation. The file may be corrupt or there isn't enough memory. Try copying data from original source.</span><br /><br />80031150 - System Settings Fail to Save. Possible Blue Screen Setting information is corrupted.<br /><br /><span>80031601 - Error Creating Account.</span><br /><br />8013013D - A connection error has occurred: Causes may include the actual SSID of the wireless access point/router or signal strength. If the connection drops, try enabling DMZ functionality on your router (if supported) for your PS3. Otherwise check WPA key. The PS3 wireless interface [currently] does not support WPA2 - only WPA, WEP or none.<br /><span><br />8013013E - WEP Key error: Change WEP key to *only* numbers and try again, or switch to WPA.</span><br /><br />80130203 - PS3 connects to the internet (you can go a website via the PS3's browser), but cannot connect to the Playstation-Network. Typically this means that the required ports are not open/accessible. Check your router's configuration.<br /><br /><span>8013030 - System Error: Due to failed update download.</span><br /><br />8013030F - Access Point was not detected. Check your router's configuration and make sure that SSID broadcast is enabled.<br /><span><br />80410418 - DNS Error.</span><br /><br />80410A0B - Internal error: "Hardware Fault". Connection dropped? If your PS3 is wireless (least preferred), the association between the PS3 and the access point may have been dropped. Turn off the PS3 via your controller (this is stand-by mode), Turn off the PS3 switch on the back of the PS3 and remove the power cord. Next, turn-off/unplug your modem (and router if applicable) for about 5 minutes. Then turn on the modem and wait for it go "online". If you have a router, turn it on and wait for it go "online". Then turn your PS3 back on and make a new network connection.<br /><br /><span>80710541 - The connection to the server timed out. This is usually due to: high traffic (between you and the server), high traffic at the server [itself] or you have a "poor path" to the server. Depending on result: Press the 'X' button to repair and restore default.</span><br /><br />80710723 - Possible Port Error: Try opening ports. Configure your router to pass the following ports to your PS3:<br />TCP ports: 80, 443, 5223<br />UDP ports: 3478, 3479, 3658<br />Another option is (if your router supports DMZ functionality) to configure your router's DMZ functionality to pass traffic to your PS3.<br /><br /><span>80710A06 - An error occurred during the install operation. Error when downloading game from the Playstation-Network. An error occurred.</span><br /><br />80710B23 - Playstation-Network is down or Playstation-Network is too busy to respond.<br /><span><br />80710D23 - Turn the PS3 off for a bit. For 30 minutes give or take. Make sure that you either unplug or actually turn off the switch (located on the back of the PS3). "Stand-by" mode is when you see the red LED on the front of the PS3. If you see the red LED on the front of the PS3, your PS3 is *NOT* off.</span><br /><br />81019002 - Error copying saves from location "A" to location "B" not open to connect to store but PS3 can connect to internet.</span>
