How can I stop the colorful spotting in the display of my NEC NP410 Projector?

Optic Block failure. Lamp wont help you there unfortunately. The KDF60WF655 was a good TV back in its day. Don't waste your money on repair and return the lamp if you can.

Replaced lamp from Sony in January. In the last month or so been noticing a large yellow spot in the middle of screen. My TV is a Grand Wega LD Projection TV Model No. KDFE42A10, Serial #9507132.

your optical block is failing. Sony has a program for replacing them if you want, or they will offer you a new TV. call this number 239-768-7604 and tell them what you TV's symptoms are and they will get you started

I have a sony model kdf60wf655. i replaced my lamp nearly a year ago, but now i have black screen, no sound, and the lamp light is constantly flashing red. please advise how to fix.

Lamp light constantly blinking shows that lamp is dead/ broken. If any thing else like ballast supply etc become defective, standby light will start flashing in specific order.
Replace lamp and make sure to get Son original replacement lamp to solve the issue.

I have a sony tv, model number KDF60WF655... i turn the tv on and it turns on for about 1 min then turns off, the green light flashes several times then turns itself on again. the process keeps repeating...

Replace lamp in tv as this symptom shows existing lamp is near to end of its working hours life span and need to be replaced.
Lamp replacement procedure is easy and would be written in user manual.
Buy Sony original lamp for good picture in tv.

optical block about 900 unless you can get a good used one. thats a common problem with that model

Yellowish spot on the lower left hand corner of tv screen

Good Day, There is a device that can be used to correct your concerns. Symptoms can be correct by EE PROM CORRECTION TOOL:
LSUQ0100. Instructions included. Try calling 1-800-458-6053. It's under $100.00 and takes about 1 hour from start to finish. Good Luck, big IRISH.

sound like a lamp you can easily check this there is a door on the left side of the tv open it reach in thump on top finger in the loop squeeze and pull.

THAT COULD JUST BE A DUST SPOT INTERNAL TO THE OPTICAL ENGINE. THE LAMP CAN ONLY AFFECT BRIGHTNESS NOT ANYTHING TO DO WITH COLOR DISTORTIONS. IF IT NEEDS CLEANING I SUGGEST CALLING A SERVICEMAN
