There are 2 ways of putting movies on to you player.

1st Way Go to RCA website and download the easyrip for your player that is the easiest way.

2nd way You will need to programs.
1st program is Any Video Converter. (free program)
http://www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_video_free/
This will change almost any video file to another type.
I suggest to change them to MPEG II.
Then after you convert it to mpeg II.
You will need another program.
SMV converter. (free program)
http://www.soft29.com/freeware/smv_converter.htm
Then convert the mpeg II to SMV files.
SMV files are the only video files this will play.
After converted drag and drop into player.

Have you tried VLC Media Player? I understand it plays a LOT of different types of media files, and best of all, its small, and FREE! :)
Or you could also try the Klite Codec pack that comes with Media Player Classic, which plays a few that VLC don't or won't.

I cant download videos
You cannot just copy and download a video movie to a MP3 player to play the movie on your player.
The movie need to be converted to a file format that the MP3 player can play.

How do you put a dvd on the mp3 player from the computer?

You need to use the supplied Sansa Media Converter program to convert videos (and photos) to a form the Sansa can handle.

If you're sure it can play movies, convert the required movies to .mp4 and change the resolution to 320x240 (the standard for mp3 players). Your mp3 player would be able to play it. However, it would be better if you could mention the brand and model.

I have the philips 120hz and some movies are smooth, others jump
I would advise knocking down the resolution. Try and use software, like red kawa, to convert a few of your movies to different formats till you find a decent one. A widely accepted codec setup is Divx/XVid (both are the same) and MP3 sound.
