You have a bad thermostat.

    Another possibility is that the igniters (under the oven floor) are due for replacement.
    If the oven does a bad job of maintaining temperature, you can suspect the igniters. The igniters fail gradually, so this problem would slowly get worse over months of oven use.

Your thermostat is getting weak (Probaly)If it was never (Replaced) There is not a (Problem) With your temperture light comeing on while driving or the temperture gauge needle going higher then usaul. If the termostat was never changed,Try that first, Some times they stick open.End that can cause it to take for ever to warm up inside the vehicle.

Standard oven thermometers use a bi-metal coil, which is slow to react. When we test oven calibration, we use digital thermometers with a remote temp probe which are MUCH more accurate and MUCH quicker to respond to temperture changes. If your bake times are significantly longer or shorter than the recipes state, have a service technician test it.
