I replaced the original burnt motherboard with gigabyte g31m-es2l an my sistem does not see the full capacity of the 2 HDD of 500 GB each.Instead reconizes only 129 GB of each HDD. CPU is quad 2.4 GB. How can I see the full capacity of HDD

You must update your bios so that it will accept the large capacity drives
otherwise, it only let you have about 60 % of the total, and the rest winds up going to waste because it's not getting used
