First of all, there is no way you can run games off the memory stick. It has been confirmed by several websites that psp hackers are able to extract the whole PSP game onto the computer and burn an ISO to CD/DVD. To answer your question, even though the PSP games are in ISO format, they are non-playable on a memory stick because the PSP checks for a boot file normally from a UMD disc the memory stick doesn't have. click here to download repair guide

I partially agree with arul55 but i myself have hacked my psp and all my iso or cso files boot up perfectley fine from my memory stick..

so my question to rafee412 is 1st of all what custom/Hack firmware is your psp running (if it is even hacked).

    Ok so mixed messages here.

To clear things up a little.

Yes you can play full games that are on your memory card but...

Your Psp needs to be running a CFW or Custom FirmWare to give it its full title.

Saying that you will also need an original game disc in the Psp to fool the Psp into thinking that the game is original. The game disc does NOT need to be the same as the iso or cso file you are trying to play from your memory stick.

I am not going into full details here but I'm sure if you need to find out more you can do so by searching your friendly search engine. :)
