Viewsonic VPW425 No inputs working

I have a Viewsonic VPW425, that stopped working after an electrical storm in the area. I assume something got hit and damaged the TV.
Currently I canno got it to display any picture other than the on screen menus and etc.
If I hook cable to the tuner, it displays that it detects and finds the channels, but when I tune to them no sound or picture.
I have tried the RCA jacks with the same results.
I have not yet tried the DVI or RGB, but assume the same issues.
Any ideas on how to repair?

The TV Does power on, and I do see the menus though. In fact I can tell it to scan for channels on the CABLE TV Tuner and it even finds the channels, but when i turn to them, nothing is displayed, except the built in screen saver and onscreen menu.
Do you still think it is the fuse?
I did take the back off and look for blow components or burned boards, etc. did not find any. nor did I find any blown fuses. I tested ALL the fuses I found with an Ohm meter just to make sure.
may have been one i missed though, if you still think this is the issue, I will take it back apart and see.

Seem like the power supply hav blow off inside the unit.

electrical storm usually hits the fuse or the power supply inside the unite. you have to the screen back cover and check the fuse in the mother board, if that is intact the power supply need to be changed.

VPW425, The AV1, AV2, TV inputs are not working, Just the 2 HD inputs work.

Some tv's are "modular" this means that some parts are replaceable, remove the back of the set and have a look at where the inputs are located, this is just a starting point, you could try replacing the part which the sockets are connected to. ( do a google search for any numbers etc which you can find on the part in question.

Have parts for Viewsonic VPW-425 42"

If these are used parts or from a scrapped set, buying used parts would be a very risky investment.

Broken plasma tv screen.....nec model

SoCalRugger,
The plasma usually has 2 sheets of glass, the outer one sounds ok which is not good news as these can be replaced.
The inner panel is the actual plasma layer and if it is craked or broken it usually requires a swapout for a new panel.
