Use Windows Media Player to download music to your player.
To delete songs from your player follow the method below.

Deleting Files,Pictures,Videos,Audio Books, etc. from MP3 Player ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hook up your mp3 player to your computer Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer" When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there. Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible. Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete" Now your mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want. Be careful and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.

first go to windows media player when you get there put in your cd. Then click on burn which will copy your music on to windows media player. When you are finish put in your mp3 player with the usb connector for it. Then click on sync. After you click sync drag your music to the list then cick start sync but it can take up to the gb the mp3 player perfers. To your device thrn take it out and then you are done.
it happens if the file is got corrupted or not getting read properly.reformat the mp3 player drive then check again by reloading the files again.then sync and check out.
try resetting it to factory settings.if that doesnt work you have to generate a system file. you can do this by recording your own voice in the player and saving it. this generates the system file and the computer will be able to recognize the player.thanks for using fixya!. please dont forget to rate my solution!
I had a hard time trying to figure out why my mp3 player was reading fornat error! when it got to a certain song. I looked through my device and saw it had 5 folders and i hidden...what was this hidden thing...and where was it? I got the bright idea to open each of my files in this particular folder and I discovered that a song I had downloaded off of limewire had a hidden file on it and it directed me to a **** site when I tried to play it in windows media player. That is why the mp3 player read format error! when it would come to that song. So, try playing them in windows to see if you have any hidden **** attached to a file.
Open Windows Media Player.
Find the audiobook files in the Library tab.
Right-click the files and select Advanced ID3 tag editor.
Insert track numbers.
Reload the songs onto your mp3 player after deleting the unedited ones from the player.
Check the user manual for your mp3 player to find out how to change the play sequence from Random to Sequential.
Hi Debbie!
Had same problem. The hold button on the side is not for POWER. To turn ON simply hold down on the play button, but you must make sure the hold button on the left side of the player is in the OFF position first. All the button on the left is for is to hold your song while it is playing so it does get paused or changed.
To turn your player OFF do the same thing, just hold down on the play button it will say stop first and then bye. Again make sure your hold button is in the OFF position.
Hope this helps!
