I was assembled a PC to edited video HD. This PC comprises: mothercard Supermicro X8DAH+, 24 GB of RAM, 2 X Xeon 5620, 1 X SSD OCZ Agility 2 3 X HDD Hitachi 1TB CD/DVD/BR LITEON ihbs112 GPU Nvidia GT120 I try to install Windows 7 Ultimate on the SSD and to create a RAID 0 with the 3 HDD. I updated the bios, v2.0a. In progress d' installation, 30% of the 1st phase, W7 requires a driver. I tested much of it, without result. I tested the driver Win64 de Supermicro but it do not appropriate. I am not certain that my bios is completely well parameterized but I activated RAID, AHCI. Does my first question relate to the possibility of configuring SSD OCZ with W7 and RAID 0 of the 3 HDD with data ??? Then, I count enormously on you to make known itself the procedure to arrive at that. Which driver is necessary it to use? Thank you for your assistance, Greetings with all, Frederic

Remove the 3 hard drives and install Windows on the SSD. After successfully installing Windows you can add the hard drives and create your raid array later. Or even better, pick up a cheap RAID card so your CPU doesn't have to do all of the RAID controller work.

no. 32bit of windows can only use 3gb.
reinstall to win7 64 bit.

What type of Video Card are you using? What are the power requirements of the Video Card? Also, you do not have to disable the VGA jumper to use a video card. Try re-enbling the VGA jumper and booting.

I have a motherboard X8DAH from supermicro. It reboots abruptly when IO is going on. Any idea?

It may either due to bios problem or SMPS complaint.
If bios is wrong thhen replace it with the help of a service personnel.
If SMPS is wrong try running with a new smps to check whether the smps is the factor

I dont have specific info on this board, but most of the time you may need to set up a jumper to support 2 cpu's or with the 1 installed go into bios and see if there is a setting there that you can set. Another possibility may be the other chip is bad...swap the 2 out to see if it works...then you can rule that out...go to www.supermicro.com/manuals/motherboard/5500/MNL-1060.pdf...this is the manual for it...
