I would simply test the device on another model of phone to see if the issue carries across, if it does carry across to another phone you have isolated the problem. If not it could be an issue with the phone, if it is the unit I would locate your reciept and call the company for a warranty.

its governed by the fix up exposure section and the fuser
the fuser melts the fixed up plastic toner powers to the paper
to form the image now fixed the the paper...
the fix up unit uses static charge to 'fix' the laser scanned on toner ,,

wrong connection in the back of the computer? it could also be low quality sound card try plugging them into your music player see if static is still there than its the AMP on the speakers if not its crappy sound card. good luck you can try USB sound card for around 20$ on amazon.com

* Most of the videos in YouTube are of low quality as they are compressed in the ".flv" format so that they can be played online!

Get a lot of static when try and turn volume down low.....in fact, sometimes it is hard to get sound when you turn the volume down....it is either full blast or silent.....lots of static like noise when...

This is an easy fix with a can of volume knob cleaner i think its called. You should be able to get it at radio shack. You just spray it into the volume knob and let it dry. The instructions are on the can.
