My Ps3 is a 320gb slim. I've only had it for a few days. It won't support vudu hd or hdx movies. I have the same pronlem with netflix. It says itis the internet connection, however, whenever I ran the vudu internet connection speed test on my laptop it could support hd and hdx movies. My laptop runs from the same ISP connection. So why can't the ps3 play them?

you either need a smart tv with an internet browser and also netflix or vudu or zulu. or you can get an hdmi wire to connect your laptop to your tv. in that way you can play the movie on the laptop and view it on the tv screen. try the google chromecast the latest gadget available.
