you need to go on the samsung website and go on troubleshooting problems and follow the step by step guide on that website. you can also download drivers on it too

When the Samsung YP-3U is plugged into the USB port, it registers as disconnected and the computer can't find driver files for it. The computer has been fully updated and is running Windows XP with SP3.

once you install it follow these steps:

-right click my computer-click properties-click on hardware tab- then click on device manager

- plug in your yp-u3jqby mp3 player

-you should see your mp3 player pop up. double click it. then upgrade drivers.

after endless hours... i finally got it to work. i guess the trick is windows media player 11.

When I connect yp-k5 with computer they need a mtp device driver so how can I get this driver and where get from.
please help me I can't use without this driver
