Downloading videos from Facebook is really an easy job to those, who know to use the available resources to do so. The entire task becomes easy and fast by using apps, that serve this king od services. The interesting thing about these apps is that they are providing free services, not even charging a penny, for the tedious task that we might sometimes wish not to do. I would recommend using the Facebook Video Downloader. It works only for Facebook, which is one of the hugest social media platform available today. The application runs on its latest version of 1.010.And also is compatible with Android devices with versions for 4.2 and upwards. It is fast, easy and free!!.
I'll only address the iPhone 4S with iTunes question with this answer. You'll have to post a separate questions elsewhere for Facebook.
It's really quite easy to set up your iPhone 4S with iTunes:
1) Download iTunes installation file to your computer from here 2) Double-click on the file that you downloaded and follow the on screen directions to have iTunes installed on your computer 3) Once iTunes is installed, then start iTunes as you would any other program 4) After iTunes has finished starting, use the white USB cable that came with your phone to connect your iPhone to the computer 5) Follow the on screen directions to have your computer recognize the iPhone 6) In iTunes, you'll then see your iPhone listed along the left-hand side of the screen. Click that entry and follow the on-screen directions 7) Once that is complete, you can then click the "Sync" button to have your iPhone synced with your computer. 8) Occasionally, you will get notices from iTunes to update the software for your iPhone 4S. Follow the directions to back-up and install the software updates as needed.
At my company, I had to get a link from my network admin to install the vpn app and setup the security certificate with code i got through the token app - the code would time out in 30 sec and start new code and timer. Like using the code generator in Facebook for logins. Check with your network admin, mine had an easy instruction to get it setup properly.
