Driver of kingston datatraveller g2 2 GB is lost so it is not able to open it data contents please tell solution on this problem

Connect it to a different computer.
Copy its files to the 'C:' drive.
Burn a copy of the files to a CD/DVD-writable disk.
Then "format" the device.
Copy the files back onto the device.
Use the CD/DVD disk on your computer.

Kingston data treveler not format


Hi qais_baba

1...Plug your Kingston data traveler in to your computer
2...Go to desktop and open "My Computer"
3. You will see your Kingston Data Traveler listed there
4...Right click on the Data Traveler
5...Click on "Format"
This will format your Kingston Data Traveler

plug the 4kg data traveller it into a USB port open windows explorer open the data traveller select the files copy and paste into my documents on your computer

I would say do a firmware wipe but seeing as you have no access to the drive at all I would say your probably SoL and in need of a new drive

Try re-formating the Pen Drive. Also check your USB and HUB drivers in Device Manager
