this is so common in lcd monitors, its the power suply board.... most likely a capacitor.. so type a model# into google following the words "power suply" it will probably be close to $50-$60... thats better than buying a new one
HI. I have the same MEDION MD:41527 power suply P/N56.04213.102 DSP210ep b maufactured:Deltaelectronics.It doesnt work. Did you find a solution ? I would like to know where to buy a new one rather than fix it.
if the external hard drive is hook up to the main drive you might have to disconnect the exteranl hard drive and try another way to hook them up together . you did something wrong when you installed the externall drive. try it . and see if the original hard drive boots up. if this works you will have to change the boot sequence to use the external drive.
just go to computer shop ask ATX power supply for u r computer configuration or else remove the old power supply from the cabinet and take it to computer shop and show him the old one then he will provide the similar capacity Power supply
