I lost my sound on my Samsung LN-T4061F tv. it was plugged into my stero.. was fine.. and now no sound. Not even on the regular tv. HOw do I get the sound to work at least on the regular tv?

Your power supply board needs some minor repair. I have a tutorial posted in my Tips & Tricks that can help you complete this repair yourself and save you some money (about $170). Check it out if your interested. I hope this was of some assistance.

Please try lowering the PC resolution on a regular monitor using the display properties tab to no higher than 1024x768 or even 800x600
then save the setting.
Then connect it back to the TV
the not supported mode is most likely from a change in the PC resolution.

The problem was solve my power chip or piece burnout.So iam taking it to the shop to have it fix.Thanks for all your help

You probably have a bad Main bd. It is not remembering the last setting it was set to. Also, there might be a Firmware upgrade for this problem. Contact 1-800-Samsung and ask for tech support to see if they have a Firm ware upgrade for your model. They can send it to you in the form of a Flash drive or you can download it from the Samsung website into a flash drive and then plug it into the USB port on the tv.Follow the indtrustions to a tee.

Replacing the capacitors would be a good start. Replace all the ones with the same capacitance and voltage rating even if they do not look bulge.
