Wireing on starter, 1997 chevy blazer 4x4.

Need wireing diagram or explanation on the correct number of wires to starter and the locations of the other connections. I have the wire from the large post on starter to battery, but am missing the other wire to large post on starter.
where does this wire attach on other end?

It will not run with the passlock security system, unless you have the correct key in the ignition. Why do you want to hotwire the truck?

I need a wiring diagram for a 95 chevy blazer 4x4 4.3 voltec
The big red wire goes directly to the battery. Just replace it. The contacts on the starter may also be badly corroded and you may end replacing the starter as well

97 chevy blazer
There are no free full diagrams on the net, you need to charge and test the battery, clean the battery cables and run a voltage drop test as well, replace them if the are badly corroded. Kragen will test the battery for free.
