Hi!

Run anti virus. Connect your device to your pc and scan for virus. This might recover affected files.

Most usual virus attached with downloaded files activate on mp3 and mp4 and will hide all your files. The files will still be in there if you look for it as removable drive on your pc. It seems that folder where it was saves was in hidden mode.

I do suggest you reformat your player and download safe music files.]

I also have the pmp 2gb model num ns-702c.. i tried to download music to it..but when i go under the music screen nothing is there.. i like it and want to keep it but its driving me crazy trying to fiqure...

Download itunes from apple.com. Then run it and you have to put all your music into itunes to sync it on to your ipod.

Screne is white
you ahve to get a toothpic and stick it in the reset hole.
mine went like that too but the screen was blue and now that i reset it, it works as good as new =]
but is wont delete anything.

Cant reformat
When I had to format mine it works the same as formatting a disk - it will erase the drive. Unfortunately you will have to reload all your music back on the MP3.

How do I put music on this thing?
You should be able to connect your player to the computer via USB.. Once you do that, your computer will recognise this as a drive ( as in C: D: , etc )

Just drag and drop. Should work ( Mine works that way )
