The compressor stop at 58 - Turbo Air 49 cu. ft. / 1388 liter Commercial Freezer MSF-49NM

I changed the temp control and now the compersor stopped at 50 degrees??? What would be the next step to fix this issue I changed the temp control and now the compersor stopped at 50 degrees??? What would be the next step to fix this issue

Take the wires from the temperature control and tie them together and see if the unit goes below 50* when continiously running. If so the new control is no better than the original. If the temperature doesn't go below 50 * F you have a refrigerant charge issue.
