Makesure you select the model of your laptop the drivers you that require thatmatches the Windows version that is installed on your laptop. Acer aspire has inbuilt web camera and therefore will work only if the correct drivers are installed. Please uninstall the drivers first from control/panel/add remove programs. Next reboot the system and then go ahead with the installation.
first check you have installed all the web cam driver came with your notebook than check the control panel> device manager > imaging devices acer crystal eye web cam if there is a yellow ! . then re install the driver...
