You can get a dock to charge it on..u will need your wall charger and it plugs into the desktop charger/dock/cradle or whatever u wanna call it. Then u bypass the need for a port. Bad thing is u cant use the car charger easily without taking the dock with u in the car/but can be done! I am looking for replacement ports for casio phones..if anyone knows where u can buy them?

You could use another phone of the same type to charge your battery there. Or a charged battery from another phone.

The charge port on my Casio Boulder does not work anymore is there a place I can send it to have it repaired?
Try your local corporate carrier's store. Most corporate locations have repair on site and some even replace the device on site if it is less than a year old.
Franchise locations usually do not follow the above practices.

My casio gz boulder phone will not charge with new chargers that i have purchased. Have seen online that there is a cradle that can be purchased.Help!!
Hi, it's a common known problem that this phone's internal charging system FAILS after about 4-12 months...I have to literally tie a rubber band to the charger's "line" while the phone is being charged to get it to work. (You know--when the red light comes on it's charging--so you have to get the charger line in a certain place & keep it there so it will work.) A real pain in the ***--I'm 17 days from an upgrade--which sux, because I like this phone other than this. Of course, verizon no longer sells it--probably for this very reason. Good luck & just keep the phone as "still" as you can when it's charging. Oh, and I have the charger cradle--that was the first thing to GO as far as charging. I WON'T WORK AT ALL....

My phone wont stay charging. I have to pull the cord tight and at an angle to get it to stay charging. this is with my home charger. Any other problems with plug or chargers?
Sound like the terminal on your phone is broken off internally. the soldier of the pins are bad thats why you have to move it around to get it to connect. You can see if there is a local repair shop in your area that does port repairs. hope this will help.

Hi, you can check with another charger first to know exactly what the problem really is before you can take the next step .Also check the phone on another charger.

After checking with another charger, if charger work,that means the charging sport where you plug in the charger is not working and need to be replaced.

If when you check the charger with another phone and and the charger doesn't work, replace charger.

Will not charge
It could be that the battery is bad. Bring your phone in to any repair shop and try using another battery. Most cellphone shops or stores has a test battery.

If you couldn't find a test battery, refer to a cellphone tech to test if the battery is still okay.

My Gz One Boulder's charger port broke off. I
The same thing happened to my Gz One Boulder. I sent it back to Verizon for replacement. The 2nd Gz One Boulder also had problems with the charging port within 2 weeks after I got it so I sent it back too.

I am now on my 3rd Gz One Boulder. I've only had it 2 days. Time will tell if the charging port on this one will hold up. Frankly I doubt it.

My best advise to you is get a different phone if you have the opportunity to do so.

My Gzone got knocked into water wit the port open and wont start
After getting a phone wet, the best way to dry it out safely and quickly is to pull the battery and bury the phone in a bowl filled with (uncooked) rice for a day or more. The rice acts as a desiccant and remove any excess moisture.

You may be able to try a different battery after you are sure the phone has dried properly.
