Trying to get the controls unlocked does anyone know how my 16 month old grandson can lock it and i cant unlock it

The Control Lock prevents unintended use of the washer. You can also use the control lock feature to prevent unintended cycle or option changes during a cycle. When CONTROL LOCKED is lit, all buttons are disabled except for Pause/Cancel and Start. You can lock the controls while the washer is operating. To lock the controls: Select and hold DRAIN & SPIN for 3 seconds. The CONTROL LOCKED status light glows. To unlock the controls: Select and hold DRAIN & SPIN for 3 seconds or until the CONTROL LOCKED Status light turns off.

You may have to spend the time on the phone with Panasonic customer service (should be a 800 number) to figure this one out.

You could also (I doubt will work) could GOOGLE the model number with channel lock etc.

Put it in standby mode by pushing source. Then go to the menu and hit system setup. Select page 3 I thing and turn output from rear to sub. Now you should have control from the audio menu.

unfortunately you cant...you have to take it in and have it reset..if your service provide it..if you have a home phone call your service pro and they can asst you..if you have patients..lol

push and hold control lock button for 3 seconds, should unlock. control lock has indicator light
