it is possible that u might using the laptop of 64 bit configration ...........that's why software of 32bit is not getting installed.
sir u can change the configration of ur laptop by going into setting to 32bits.
what u can try is ... if u have the details for the configration... reset the router by pressing the reset button and hold the reset down for 10 to 15 secs and the router will restart ... go to the router configration page and re configure it ... and see if it works and if u still get the orange light call ur ISP and if u do not have the configration details in that case too call ISP
u have to set the configration manuaaly.........go to the settng u wll get configration setting........ask ur operator network provider to give you manual stting as general stting for orther mobile......
