Is there an alturnitive program for singer futura ce-100 embroidery machine?

The Futura should run any format program but its dedicated program type is XXX so if you have that option I would use that one.

Unfortunately, the only place I found after searching and searching months ago was to go back to Singer itself and pay for a new CD. The cost was $100 as of January, 2011. It doesn't do any good to copy someone's CD or for someone to get it to the internet for you to download, because when you go to install the software the program asks for you to put the CD in the drive, and the program knows to look for an original CD.

Make sure you're plugging the USB cord into the BACK of your computer, not a front USB port or a USB hub. Only the USB ports on the back have enough power normally to handle what the embroidery machine needs-a PC trick that Singer tends not to know.

Call Singer at 1-800-4singer and they can tell you.

Do you still have the embroidery arm attached? If you do, the sewing function of the machine won't work.

take or send to singer service person. it has electronic problems and they are difficlut to troubleshoot even for service techs with this model

PES. all my embroidary downloads are done in pes and always works with no problems

Sounds like a tension problem. Email the singer company at [email protected] They should be able to help!
They responded back to me the same day.

Under the embroidery attachement (on the front side) is a lever to engage or disengage the "feed dog control." When embroidering, you need to move the lever to the level to disengage. The feed dog control should only be at the righe side position, or raised when you are not using the embroidery attatchment.
