Mac vision head unit got sound but no picture help please

How is the system connected? Are you using aftermarket amp or factory amp, check speaker wire from amp yo subwoofer, and volume levels kn the amp if aftermarket.

Contact the authorized service center. Your TV need a through checkup. Electro help

According to the logitech website http://www.logitech.com/en-gb/435/5863?section=downloads it is not compatible with a mac, I would take it back.

I have the exact same problem, and this is the second web camera from them I've purchased. The packaging, the manual, and their website, all state that the camera is both, Mac (10.4 or above) and PC compatible. When I contacted Gear Head's support people the only thing they said was that if I needed to download a new or updated driver for the camera I could do so at their website, etc. When I went to see if could download a Mac version of the driver for the camera, there was none available. Only the Window version was available ... Apparently a Mac version doesn't exist. Because the camera (despite all of the evidence to the contrary) is not in fact, Mac compatible. If you can figure out a way to get it to work somehow, (using CrossOver or something, maybe ...) please let me know.

the aux output is for an mp3 player or ipod. Does the HU have preamp outputs? The RCAs from the amp should go into them. If it doesn't you might have to get a high to low level input converter

you should be able to get a factory connector for the unit that matches the stereo to the vehicle internal wiring. you will have to go to the dealer for this but you should not have to get a new head unit. please rate this solution....thanks

From my poin of view cyliner (rotary head) have poor conection or this parts will be replace.

the main brain unit has to be wired to the head unitfor the sound and the rest of the unit to be fully working. but you can just wire the head unit up for it to come on but nothing will work. hope this helps ken
