I need to put my philips dvd model 9012/37 in 0 code, to play all dvd's.There's no remote control, how can i do that?!?

Sure I can Help I just unlocked mine today !!! The procedure is very simple. You don't even need to go to the menu pref or whatever. It's actually as follow :- turn on your Portable DVD player without any disc to obtain the bluescreen- Then with the arrow keys in front and at the bottom of the mainscreen press the sequence as follow : "UP', "Down","Up", "Down", "Up", "Up","Down"- Then you will have a screen telling the version that you have and atthe bottom it says "region 1"- Just use the arrows again to change it until you got "Region0" and then press "Ok" (the play button in the middle ofarrows), that's it !!!Inthat process, remember that you just have to use the arrows in the front of thescreen at the bottom and at the end the button "OK". Nothing else.Good luck !!!

I need a car adapter for an 8" portable Liquid Video DVD player Model #LIDM-830

Radioshack makes car adapters for just about anything; they're called IGO adapters. Take your item in and they will match the tip and give you the adapter. It will run about $30 but it's well worth it.

Please give me a good rating if this helped! Thanks!

Has anyone successfully connected an external device to the video inputs?

First, the R/Y/W connections are "composite" not "component" video. Component connections are green/blue/red and are a superior connection basically on the same level of quality as HDMI. If you have your TV and VCR connected this way, it will not be compatible with the RCA Y/R/W. I think you are confused as to what component and composite connections are. And, why would you want to connect a DVD player to anything at all other than your TV or a DVD burner? I don't get it.

If you are using R/W/Y, that is basic and the least sophisticated connection available. Further, if you connected this unit to your TV, then you would want to set its connections on "out", not "in", then plug them into your TV.

Need a decrypt code?

You can use the same as that for the 7050 model. You NEED to use the remote control, press setup and then ffwd, frwd, fwd, rwd in sequence, it will appear a number. Press the right arrow key until it reaches 255 (it is fast, it jumps from 001 to 255), to get out, press set up again. You know can read all regions. In fact this is the same fix for the 7050 model.

COBY TF-DVD7060 SAYING WRONG DISC

In Remote Control:
1) Press SETUP
2) Press Fwd (»)
3) Press Rwd («)
4) Press Fast Forward (»|)
5) Press Fast Rewind (|«)
Original region number (1 to 6) will appear - uses arrow keys (Navegation) to change to 255 (ALL Regions).
A couple notes:
- The keys referred to in the above hack are on the remote control (not on the front panel). But, if you want, you can use the front panel to implement the hack – just use the key equivalents (i.e., for SETUP, press Mode twice; for », press and hold »| for 2 seconds, and so on ).
- When the Region Number appears, it is in the upper right corner of the Set Up window without any label. In other words, if your player is currently set up for Region 1, look for the number 1 to appear in the upper-right corner of the Set Up screen (once you've pressed the correct sequence of fast forward and reverse keys). Then use the arrow keys to toggle the number to 255.
If you remove the main battery, you might have to do the trick again.
Enjoy.
