Power off and power back on your Linksys router first. if that fails, try connecting to one of the Ethernet ports with a cable and see if the router is working in wired mode. Then download and install netstumbler software from
http://www.netstumbler.com/ . This will tell you a lot of things, provided your wireless adaptors on the PC are ok.
If the router is still sending out a satisfactory wireless signal, this will show up in NetStumber, and you'll also be able to see whether there are any other (potentially conflicting) routers operating from Neighbors on the same channel as you. If you find a neighboring device on the same channel (ususally 1, 6 or 11), change the channel on your router to which ever one of these is free. Its also possible that the router config might have got itself corrupted; in which case a factory reset option could sort this out (you'd need to re-program the ISP settings, so make sure you have these first!).
Its unlikely that the MS upgrade has stopped the wireless working, but if all else fails and to eliminate all possibilities you could revert using "system restore" from the most recent recovery point.
