The F05 fault is nothing to do with what soaps you use.. Its a little red wire located at the front bottom centre of your aquasteam washer that has come lose or detached. A task to get to it but pretty easy and dodgey repair men would have your pants down for such a simple thing

Might be wrong soap, too much soap, soap in wrong tray, heater or thermistor broken, hoses backwards, no water being sensed going into the machine, no water going out, and me fave: leak detected. More HERE
