I have a new Pramac 12500 watt generator, electric start, with 22hp subaru engine. I bought it 2yrs ago but never took it out of the box until now. I checked the battery and put it on a charger to make sure it was completely charged. Put oil in the engine and gas in the tank. It will not even turn over when the key is turned on to start. Not a click or light or sound. Just dead. I cleaned the battery cables with light sand paper to ensure contact and rechecked the battery. Full power but will not even turn over the engine.
