This has got to do with the contacts in the phone. Please shut off and remove tthe battery . look carefully into the battery terminals for a thin film of dirt. Use some good methyl spirit / switch cleaning solution to wipe all dirt on the terminal using a cotton bud. Now wipe it clean dry.
repeat the same for the phone contacts.
Now ehen you put in the battery check if there is a gap in the battery to the terminal ,,like a play. If so use a thin sheet of paper to tighen the battery to FIT the terminal well.
The possible fault is that when the load come up on the battery as taking a call there is contact loss on the terminals resulting in the drop of voltage making the processor to shut off due to starvation.
The likelihood of the fault going into the board is not ruled out and if after this is done , the fault repeats, then it will be good to open and clean up /solder the power circuits, tighten the boards .
Look for possible dry solder or loose connection of SMD components inthe power side.
But if you are in warranty make use of the advantage and do not tamper.
Also as a last try remove the memory card and see if the fault comes in. If so scan for virus or delete unnecessary files.
