I can't get my wifi to work and the dsl light is red

You have to make sure you have a signal.
You have to log in from a direct connection and on the URL type 198.168.1.0 (or 1.1)
From there you can see what the WIFI settings are and maybe change the channel. This is the general solution.
Good luck

I changed the toner cartridge and now it won't print. The red round light on the control panel is lit. Now what?

If the round red light you describe is a circle of dots that indicates a developer change is due. This needs to be done by a technician but the machine should work fine without doing the developer change.

MY VOYAGER PRO .. LIGHT FLASHES BLUE RED BLUE RED ... CAN'T TURN OFF, CAN'T RESET, CAN'T RE PARE

If you manually turn the headset off, make sure that it is by itself, no other phones in the area, no WiFi hotspots. Once this is done make sure that there is not a bluetooth already installed on the phone itself, if there is, delete it. Make sure that the headset has a full charge. Try the pairing again. If this still won't work, you can try Plantronics Tech service line 800-544-4660.
