Theaaaman,

You have given two different problems. Not printing...very poor quality. If the unit is not printing or has poor quality my first question to you is "have you changed the ink cartridges lately?". Typically the ink cartridges do not last long and if they weren't filled properly it could be a little as a couple of months. Low or no ink cartridges would certainly give you both problems. If you have changed the cartridges since this problem began were they one's you have had for a while (purchased but not used and sat around) or did you just purchase them and immediately install them. Many of the cartridges sold today are refilled units and many times they can have problems. If this scenario is yours I would return the cartridges and get another set to see if that was the problem. If you have already done this then your unit may need the driver reinstalled or updated. I have a tip at http://www.fixya.com/support/r6370947-install_printer_without_install_cd which explains how to do this by downloading the most recent driver from the manufacturer.

Make sure the picture is at least as big as the logo to be printed and no lower than 300dpi, there really is no upper limit on quility but these should print OK.

1.check your cartridge quility by coping an document
1a.if you have bad printing check expire date on cartridges
if cartridges have not expire try cleaning cartridges from printers menu
1b.if you have a good printing from copy
you need to reinstall printer in your pc using printers cd

in order to aligne cartridges must have ink
and printing in good quility and not poor
check your cartridges perhaps you need to replace them or refill them

I just refilled my toner, but problem is , it still doesn't want to print anything! It prints a weird "watermark" all along the left side of the page... and nothing else! HELP!

service your printer at service center of branded showroom

use quility papers for printing some time low quility paers make your printer donkey,

try to use best for long life span of printer.
