I have one phon i-mate jam not working ,when i connect it to charger blue screen (i-mate) appear and disappear after few seconds when i press power key it appear agian please , help me to wakeup this phon inform me quickly with great thanks

Same problem for me: I start chargering (red light) and when I unplugged It don't power on anymore.

The solution for me was resetting the unit. Follow next steps:

-Start charging the ML10 (a red light will appear)
-Press PowerButton and Volume(-) (a blue/right light will appear for less than a second).
- Voila! It comes to life!

In the absence of further details, let's go to the basics, first: is ts battery charged? If not, connect your device to the wall charger and leave it there for a couple of hours.
Otherwise, if you are stuck in the i-mate blue screen, you should hard reset your device. To do it, slide your screen to reveal the hardware keyboard. Press and hold both the blue Fn and the green Call buttons, and, whilst keeping them pressed, briefly press the reset pin with the stylus pen. Release the buttons only when a white screen asking for confirmation comes up. Confirm the hard reset procedure by tapping on the left softkey (Yes).
