If you have a Windows XP x64 CD, try the GCC SelectPress 600 or Select Press 1200 driver. The SelectPress 1200 worked for my Elite XL 20/1200. I believe the only 64-bit drivers that are available for GCC printers are on the XP 64 disc.

Gcc 20/1200 driver windows 7 64 bit

If you have a Windows XP x64 CD, you can use the GCC SelectPress 1200 driver. This works perfectly with the XL 20 1200 with all features and paper sizes.

ATI Mobility Radeon X600 continuing problem

Hi eltrury,
Here is a link to explain Modding. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Modding
You're notebook share's you're main system memory with you're onboard (Video card built into you're notebook's main board).
If you're notebook has a total amount of system memory of 512MB & you're video card is using 128MB to function. Than you're notebook will only have 128MB to run. (And that is not enough for a Windows XP system to function. It will run! Like a dog with two broken legs. You're video card is an ATI. That said, ATI comes out with newer versions of its software drivers quiet often. So upgrading you're software can be preformed once a month, if you like. ATI's catalyst control center is part of the ATI's software. CCC is a section of software where you can adjust a range of settings to you're preference. Like add more red color to your monitor. Adjust you're display screen. It's a long list. There is a Help button within CCC.
Most people never need to enter CCC. It's for people who know what to adjust & why. CCC's greatest function allows people to run dual monitors. CCC can detect when two monitors are connected to the video card & the user can adjust the color for each display separately. CCC is also acts like a software manager. It helps keep the video running stable. For those who do not have an abundence of hard drive space you can elect not to install CCC & just download the driver software.
This next link will take you to ATI's web site.
http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html
Here you need to click on three choices. In the first window you would click on you're operating system. EX: Windows XP home or pro. Than you would click on ATI Mobility Radeon. Than click on, Mobility Radeon X600. Lastly, click on the GO button.
Suggest you run the Installation Verification Software on the site. When it finishes the ATI software should start the download.

Enjoy!
If I can help you further, feel free to post.
Suggestions & comments welcomed.

Mike
