You can't move a picture on Facebook.
Just hold your finger on and save it on your ipad.

Are you perhaps taking the photos with a phone camera... that's "upside down"?

right click, save as, that should do it, if it doesn't you can use the snipping tool to take rectangular screenshots of the pictures. it's the long way of doing it. have you tried a different browser?

Go into the menu and turn off "face detection".

you should send notification to facebook with some proof like your picture being used by someone else with your personal information.

How far away are the faces? The flash on a typical point and shoot camera has a very short operating range, typically 3 to 15 feet. If something appears in the picture ahead of the faces, the flash will shut down prematurely and underexpose the faces.
