I was cleaning the bottom of the screen and hit the color. Now it is blue and very hard to look at. I am at work, so I need this fixed

the PDA screen has been hit against something you need a new PDA try to get one on line try amazon

You will need to replace your two convergence I.C.s.They are two large IC mounted on a large aluminum heat sink.Replace both,look for any burned resistors near them,replace those if needed,and readjust your convergence. Good Luck

The board that called the T-Con board it is could be dead.This T-Con board control the out put tv signal to the tv LCD screen panel.This T-Con board sit at the bottom in the middle bottom of the tv LCD screen panel. Take the connection out of the T-Con board .Tries clean the connection of the board with some rubbing alcohol,might fixed the problems,if not.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,EBay.com to buy a refurbish T-Con board for the replacement.

usually blue screen is shows when there is a problem on your computers memory on your hard disk drive,first try to clean the memory by using a clean paper on the contacts of the memory that is usually copper in color then after cleaning if the blue screen comes again try to replace a good memory if the blue screen appears again then try to reformat the hard disk drive which is the final solution to your problem.. hope this helps you

usually there's a HUE setting for color problems. try to go and play with the HUE whih is usually beside the contrast, brightness....etc.

if that didnt work, then there's a problem with the deflection coils focusing, either from shipping or a hard hit. if its still under warranty send it back for repair.

get a degaussing coil. crt magnatized..or worst shadow mask broken loose inside crt.  to ck turn on hit crt with open palm. if colors move bad bad.

yes u need to go in to the menu where it says source and go to the convergence use the right arrow on your remote control it is a round ball u will come to a xross on the screen if the xross is nice and white in the center of the screen then u do nothing at that piont but if it is not hit your ratio button on the remote and your screen will change colors if it is green looking u can set the red lind if it is blue then u can set the blue line just read what it tells u on the screen to do.when u are done in the mode hit the round ball in the center and u can do all the x on the screen just find but please look at what it is telling u what to do on the screen i hope this will help it is very easy to set the convergance on the model set

call sony customer service.They will accomadate a warranty fix for that particular problem at no charge.Tell them you say a bulletin on their website for that particular problem your having..
