Hi. Try learning the power commands for your Vizio TV from the original remote. The power commands that the Harmony remote is using may not be correct. The following tutorial by Logitech will assist you with this.

Hi. You can learn the buttons from the original remote so that they work

In the software, click 'Learn IR' next to the icon for your TV. Follow the on-screen instructions to learn the buttons.

what are the other devices that you have
are you trying this in device mode or are you trying this within activities

have you checked the power settings for the other devices that you have like leave the device on all the time

have you checked if the other devices you have can be controlled in device mode

It just started working again. Maybe it took the day off.

You are likely to have a module bad....part number BN94-00864A and if you take it out (unpluggs) you should inspect it for capacitors that may be domed or pooched up at the top. If so they should be replaced first before getting the module as the capacitors are about $1.00 each. Do a search for Samsung parts online if you need the module and call them toll free
