How to get my keyboard back working on my desk top
1: if the keyboard has a round plug going into the computer, it is a PS/2 plug. Turn off your computer, unplug the keyboard, then plug it back in, making sure it is plugged into the correct place for the keyboard (and not the mouse). Then turn the computer back on.
2: If the keyboard has a USB plug, it is not necessary to turn off the computer first, just unplug the USB cable for a few seconds then plug the cable back into the computer. If it still doesn't work, try plugging the USB plug into another USB port on the same computer.
3: If neither option works, you may have a defective keyboard.
All finished! Thanx!
Is it unplugged from the computer or the printer?
