I am not really familiar with SIM cards but have you tried re-programming the phone or updating the software?

If you try downloading PC Suite from Samsung, this should help sort out your problem as it has a contact back feature within it.

dear if it ask about security code then take out sim card switch on the phone and enter *2767*3855# and wait for reset full setting your phone will restart after when it come on wait for 1 minute then switch it off and insert simcard ,it will not ask password again .. let me know if it works
