Toshiba 42h83.... The blue convergence will not line up. The horizontal will but the vertical will only move so far. when touch focus starts the reds and greens are perfectly strait the blue vertical is curved. what is the problem???

Initially I would have told you to replace the convergence ICs but after reading your post carefully I think you could have a problem with the convergence box. The lines can only be bent/curved for two reasons. One - the yokes are bad causing an undue strain on the power supply and not being able to correct the problem. Two - the convergence box/board is bad and is not holding the settings causing the curve you see. I cannot tell you which problem you have. You wil have to determine this.
